Jamie’s Gourmet Burger
1/2 cup fresh parsley
5 cloves garlic
2 stalks celery
2 medium carrots
2 medium-large shallots
1/3 cup salt
5 tablespoon fresh ground pepper
1/4 cup red wine
1 cup worteschire suace
2 lbs. ground beef
1/3 lb. applewood smoked bacon
6 tbs goat cheese
6 tbs feta cheese
6 – 6″ ciabatta buns
Combine parsley, garlic, celery, shallots, salt, and pepper in food processor and blend until in slushy form.
Cut bacon into finger nail sized pieces.
In a large bowl combine vegetable mixture, bacon, wine, worteschire, beef, and egg. Mix all ingredients toegether until completely incorporated. Form into 6 even patties.
In small bowl fold in both the goat and feta cheese together.
When ready to cook ligthly oil grill and both sides of the burger. Grill burger until desired temperature, 3 minutes before done, evenly divide the cheese on each burger.
When done cooking allow the meat to rest while lightly oiling and toasting the buns on the grill.
