J.D.’s Drunken Cheese Burger

3lb. hamburger
1 cup Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons meat tenderizer
4 teaspoons fresh diced parsley
6 onion buns
6 slices of swiss cheese



In a large bowl combine 3lb. hamburger and 1 cup Jack Daniel's Tennesse Whiskey, 1 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoons meat tenderizer, and 4 teaspoons of freshly diced parsley, mix throughly and make into (6) 1/2 patties. Place patties on 160 degree preheated grill (when the patties temp. gets close to 160 degree place buns on grill for one min. or until toasted). Cook until inside temp. reaches 160 degrees or until desired likeness. When patties reach their temp. place one slice of swiss cheese onto each pattie, then place each pattie onto a onion bun and serve. makes 6 bugers.
