Ingredients:

3 pounds of ground beef
1 cup of Soy Sauce
5 scallions
1/4 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of rice vinegar
2 tablespoons of sesame oil
3 tablespoons of sesame seeds
6 cloves of garlic
6 ounces of cucumber kimchi
6 potato hamburger buns
1 tablespoon wasabi
2 tablespoons water
6 tablespoons mayonnaise

Instructions:

In a large freezer bag combine soy sauce, chopped scallions, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and garlic. Mix well. Add ground beef to bag and set aside to marinate for two hours. After two hours, In a small mixing bowl combine wasabi, water, and mayonnaise and mix till a consistent texture is achieved. Remove ground beef from the marinade bag and form into six 1/2 pound burger patties. Heat grill to a high heat of 400-500 degrees. Grill burger on direct heat for approximately 7 minutes. When burgers are cooked, place onto bottom of each buns. Add 1 ounce of cucumber kimchi to top of each burger. Coat the underside of each top bun with approximately 1.5 ounces of wasabi mayonnaise. Place each top bun on each burger. Finished.
