Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


1. 2 lbs lean ground beef or brisket that has been ground twice
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/4 cup hickory sauce
4. 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
5. 1 tbl worcestershire sauce
6. ground pepper and kosher salt to taste
7. 2 cloves chopped garlic
8. 1/4 cup bread crumbs



Mix all ingredients together except meat until smooth. Mix in meat by hand and make 1" thick 1/2 lb burgers. Barbecue Serve on rosemary buns with various toppings. Toppings: carmelized onions, guacamole or sliced avocado, sauteed mushrooms, cheese, grilled vegetables. Also dijon mustard, relish and other condiments.
