2 eggs
green pepper
buttermilk ranch pretzels
sharp cheddar cheese slices
crab meat 
seafood seasoning
olive oil



Mix 1.5 lbs 20% lean hamburger with: – 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 tbsp. worcestershire 1 green bell pepper, minced 1 yellow onion, minced 1 c. buttermilk ranch pretzels, ground 3 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled. Topping: Saute 6 oz. lump crab meat in 2 tbsp. Colavita olive oil and 1 tbsp. seafood Seasoning until warmed through. Form six hamburger patties; grill on medium high until hamburgers reach internal temperature of 145 degrees (medium rare). Remove from heat; top each burger with one slice of sharp cheddar, then crab mixture. Serve burgers on kaiser rolls.
