Karine’s special Burger

2 lbs Ground Sirloin
1 clove garlic
fresh mushrooms sliced
1/4 cup chopped onion
Seasoned Pepper to taste
1 clove garlic pressed
3 table spoons butter
1/4 beef conseme
1/4 cup dry sherry
swiss cheese
seeded hamburger buns



Brown the garlic, mushrooms and onion in a sauce pan until onions and garlic are golden brown. Drain. In a large bowl Mix the meat, the browned items, 1/4 cup beef conseme, 1/4 cup dry sherry and seasoned pepper to taste. Mix up all these together and press into patties. Grill to your desired doneness. Melt swiss and place on a grilled seeded bun.
