Ground Round Beef
Ground Pork
Original Allegro
Black Pepper
Lemon Pepper
Seasoning Salt
Worcestershire Sauce
Heavy Whipping Cream
Gorgonzola Cheese
Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns.



Combine Ground Round Beef and Ground Pork in bowl. Form into patties. Marinade; Original Allegro, Black Pepper, Lemon Pepper, Cavendars Seasoning Salt, Worcestershire Sauce. Let patties marinate overnite, turning two to three times. In a small saucepan, combine crumbled gorgonzola cheese with heavy cream. Cook on low heat. Grill patties and place on bottom bun. Pour Gorgonzola Chesse mixture on top of pattie. Top with chopped onions and place top bun on burger. Enjoy! Perfect with a glass of Red Sutterhome Wine. 🙂
