Tzatziki Sauce With Feta Cheese
1 1/2 plain yogurt
2 TBLS fresh lemon juice
2 TBLS olive oil
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp fresh garlic
1 medium cucumber peeled,seeded,sherdded
2 tsp fresh mint
1/2 cup feta cheese
1 1/2 lb ground sirlion
1/2 lb ground lamb
1 tsp white pepper
2 TBLS cumin
2 TBLS tumric
1 TSP sea salt
3 TBLS cilantro (chopped)
1 large white onion (shredded)
vegetable oil,brushing grill
6 pita pocket bread
3 cups shredded romain lettuce
2 medium tomato's (chopped)



prepare a medium hot fire in a charcoal grill with cover,or preheat gas grill to medium high. To make tzatziki sauce,combine yogert,lemon juice,olive oil,sea salt,white pepper,fresh garlic, cucmber,mint,feta cheese to a bowl,mix well to combine,refrigerate till serving. To make patties,combine beef,lamb,white pepper,cumin,tumric,sea salt,cilantro,onion.Put mixture into food processor,pulse till smooth it texture.Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and form the portions into patties. brush grill rack with vegetable oil, place pattieson rack,cover and grill for 4-5 mintues,turning patties and continue grilling for 4-5 minutes.During last few minutes of cooking put pita bread on grillouter edge of rack.
