- 1. Peel and quarter the onion.
- 2. Peel and quarter the apple; remove seed.
- 3. Place every ingredient in a food processor and process until it has a smooth sauce consistency.

- 1. Place beef, pork, sauteed onion, minced garlic, egg, bread crumbs, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and mix together.
