kraunz magic burger
-1 1/3 pound ground beef (I prefer high quality, but I’ve made with 75% fat and they turn out fine)
-2 large garlic cloves crushed
-2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
-1 small to medium size yellow onion diced (very small)
-1/2 cup ground plain croutons (any bread thicking agent will do)
Mix all ingredients together.. You don’t have to use the ground croutons if you don’t want. I usually wait to see if the meat will hold together before I add it, and then I add enough to thicken the meat
Divide the meat into 4 balls, make sure not to over handle- flatten and grill.
