Kraunz Magic Burger

Pairs well with:


Hard to pronounce yet easy to drink, this wine combines lychee fruit and white peach flavors with a hint of spice.


1 2/3 pound ground beef (I prefer high quality, but I've made with 75% fat and it's still good)
1/2 cup pesto
3 large garlic gloves crushed
1tablspoon red pepper flakes
1 medium yellow onion diced small
1/2 cup ground plain crotons (as needed)
1cup bleu cheese to melt
sprinkle salt on top of cheese
Topping: what ever you like on a burger 🙂



add all ingredients together- use the croutons as a thickening agent if you feel the meat isn't thick enough. mix ingredients- divide into 6 balls- be sure not to over handle the meat. flatten to pattie size. Grill on any grill to desired taste (I usually do 6 minutes per side, then melt the cheese)
