1 lb ground sirloin
1 lb of ground lamb
3/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (finely mince)
2 cloves of garlic (finely mince)
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1/4 cup of sutter home red wine
1. Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl except the wine. 2. Mix ingredients well. 3. Pat out 6 patties. 4. Pour the wine over the patties and let stand for 15 minutes. 5. Preheat grill FOR 5 minutes on high. 6. Turn heat to low, place patties on grill, cook 10 minutes each side or until throughly cooked. 7. Bun and condiments per personal preference. 8. ENJOY!!!.
