Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


– 1pkg frozen whole wheat bread dough
– olive oil for sauteing
– 1lb leanest hamburger
– 2tbs worcestershire sause
– salt and pepper
– 1/4 cup diced yellow onion
– 1 galic clove minced
– 1 med yukon gold potato cooked and cubed
– 1/4 cup grated swiss cheese
– 1/4 cup sesame seeds



1st- thaw bread, roll out and cut into 4 5×5 inch squares. 2nd- in olive oil saute hamburger, onion and garlic. Adding salt, pepper and worcester sauce near end of cooking, set aside. 3rd- use leftover potato or microwave yukon gold potato till semi soft and cubed. 4th- grate swiss cheese 5th- assemble starting with square of bread dough, layer hamburger, cheese, and potato. Roll, pinching edge to close. 6th- roll in sesame seeds 7th- bake in pre heated oven at 375' for 20 minutes. 8th- serve hot with grilled vegies, or salad, and a glass of your favorite Sutter Home Wine.
