Lumpia Oriental Burger

1 1/2 pounds ground chuck
2 oz. celery, finely chopped
2 oz. carrots, finely chopped
2 oz. onion, finely chopped
6 tablespoons lite soy sauce
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Hoison sauce
6 sesame seed buns
Optional toppings:
Nape cabbage, chopped
Alfalfa sprouts
Lettuce and tomato



1. Mix together the mayonnaise, hoison sauce, and 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce. Set sauce topping aside. 2. Finely chop celery, carrots, and onion. Mix together. 3. Add the chopped vegetables and 5 tablespoons of the soy sauce to the ground chuck. 4. Mix meat mixture together thoroughly and shape into 6 patties. 5. Grill patties until done according to taste. 6. Top each burger with 1 tablespoon of the sauce. 7. Place on buns and add optional toppings if desired. Enjoy!
