Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


2 lbs. lean ground chuck or ground round.
1 cup of plain bread crumbs
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 tbs. worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tbs. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
Salt to taste
Choice of Cheese — Swiss, American, Cheddar or Pepper Jack



Put ground beef in medium mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, onion, barbecue sauce, worcestershire sauce, soy, black pepper, egg and salt. Mix by hand until ingredients are well blended with the meat. Form into six, 1/3 lb. patties. Grill on medium high heat to desired doneness. Serve on fresh hamburger buns with desired condiments.
