Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.


1 lb. of ground chuck
1 onion, diced fine too taste,
cloves of garlic (never can have too much)
1/2 cup to 1 cup Italian Style Breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup Romano Cheese
dash of garlic salt and pepper
dash of Italian seasoning
dash of Teriyaki sauce
3-4 eggs



Break up ground chuck in large bowl Chop up garlic and onions, add to mix Add bread crumbs and both cheeses Add seasonings Add the eggs and Teriyaki Take off all jewlery and mix throughly with hands. Mixture should form patties w/ ease. If mixture is too dry, add another egg If mixutre is too wet, add more bread crumbs. Shape into patties Oven Method: preheat oven to 375 cook for 30-40 minutes turning once(or cook to individual taste) Skillet Method: Heat your preference of oil in large skillet. Fry 20 minutes on each side. Drain and Wella! Serve and Enjoy! Bona petit! Mangia!
