By hand mix until well combined. Shape into 6, 6 ounce patties When coals are glowing and no longer flaming, wipe grill down with the vegetable oil. Carefully place your patties on the grill. Cook 4-6 minutes, then flip to other side. Add 1 slice of provolone and 1 slice mozzerella to each patty. Grill another 4 minutes or until burgers reach medium. Remove burgers to a plate, and keep warm. Slice open each ciabatta roll, and grill face down until lightly toasted. About a minute. Place 1 patty on each roll. Top each with a slice of tomato,2 basil leaves and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and balsamic. Enjoy!
