2 pounds hambuger meat
1 med onion , well chopped
1 pkg cream cheese, very soft
1/2 cup salsa , chunky
3 tabls soy sauce
salt and pepper
1/4 cup chopped black olives



I mix all my ingredents together. Place burgers on the grill . I cook them how ever long my guest want them cooked. I fry some green peppers, red peppers and yellow peppers along with some onion to serve on top if people like. Some of my family like BBQ sauce so I guess what ever you like is ok. I also have the stadard of tomato , pickle and onion slices ready.
