Mandy’s Magnificent Tex Mex Burger

1/3 cup of mayonnaise
6 Tablespoons of taco sauce
Combine ingredients and set aside
2 lbs. Of ground sirloin
2/3 cup of finely chopped Pablano peppers
2/3 cup of finely chopped onions
1 teaspoon of Cumin
1 teaspoon of Southwest Seasoning
Tomatoes (12 slices)
Avocados (12 slices)
Shredded Lettuce (2 cups)
Pepper Jack Cheese (12 slices)
Flour-Cornmeal Buns



Combine Sirloin, peppers, onions, Cumin, and seasoning to make 6 hamburger patties and grill, melting cheese on top when done. Toast bun and spread Southwestern Sauce on bottom of bun. Add cooked burger with melted cheese, tomatoes, avocadoes, and plenty of extra sauce and ENJOY!
