Hamburger Mixture
1/3 cup Fresh Mozzarella
1/4 cupFresh Basil Leaves (tightly packed)
2 Plum Tomatoes (with the seeds taken out)
2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1 lb of hamburger meat
5 Fresh Basil Leaves
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar



Topping: Place all basil leaves on top of each other and slice into fine strips. Then allow the basil to marinate in the balsamic vinegar while making the burgers Burgers: Cut the fresh mozzarella and plum tomatoes into small pieces, (removing the seeds from the tomatoes). Then place both of these items into a food processor along with the basil leaves and balsamic vinegar. Pulse the mixture for a few minutes to make a nice paste. Take the mixture out of the food processor and mix in the hamburger meat. Once the meat if fully incorporated form four patties. Cook on grill to desired tenderness. Serve on a fresh Kaiser roll For the presentation, place the burger on the Kaiser roll and top with a few slices of fresh basil along with a tbsp of the balsamic vinegar and enjoy !!
