Marsala Beef burgers
1 lb. of ground round , 1 onion, i can of mushrooms, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup Marsala wine.
Form 4, 1/4 lb burgers. Place in large skillet. Add the finely chopped onions, drsined csn of mushrooms, flour and wine. Cover and cook til meat is done, then simmer and stir sauce 2 more minutes. Serve with or without buns.
