6 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
12 Slices of Tomato
1 1/2 cups of Shredded Lettuce 
Homeade Four-Cornmeal Buns

Special Southwestern Sauce: Combine mayonnaise and taco sauce and set aside. Season Mushrooms with Olive Oil and Southwest Seasoning and set aside. Cut Pablanos and Onions into strips.
