2 lbs hambuger
1/4 cup chopped green peppers (red peppers if you like)
1/2 cup chopped oinions
1/4 tsp accent
1 tlbs butter
3 eggs
1/2 cups italian bread crumbs
1/2 to 2/3 cups ketchup



in skillet add butter, green peppers, and onions and saute until almost tender. then in a mixing bowl mix hamburger,saute green peppers and onions, bread crumbs, eggs, and accent. mix well together then start adding ketchup until mixed well. can save some ketchup for topping after grilling if perfered. make into patties and grill or bake on 350 until done. serve on bun with your favorite topping. enjoy!!
