Meatloaf Burger with Rosemary Tomato Sauce

1.5 # ground round
1 egg
I medium onion (chopped)
1/2 pablono pepper (chopped)
1 tbsp worstershire sauce
1 1/4 c ketsup
1 tbsp soy sauce
7 potato rolls (6 sliced)
1/8 c fresh rosemary (chopped)
6 oz mozzerella cheese (cut into 6 pcs)
6 pc romaine lettuce
6 slices red onion
6 tsp mayonaise


-mix ground round, onion, pablono pepper, worsterwhire sauce, soy sauce, 1/4 c ketsup, egg and 1 potato roll(torn into small pcs), form 6-4/5 oz patties, refrigerate for 1 hour
-heat 1 c ketsup and rosemary medium heat for 3/4 minutes, set aside for 45 minutes
-cooking burger- cook on grill 2/3 minutes, after flipping burger top with mozzerella cheese and 1 tbsp rosemary tomato sauce, cover grill cook 2 minutes.
Assemble burger-spread top and bottom of roll with mayonaise, add romaine lettuce, sliced red onion, burger (cheese/sauce up)
