Meatloaf hamburgers

4lbs of Hamburger
1 large Vidalia onion, minced
4 Eggs
2 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
2 cans Italian Style Tomatoes
2 peppers- one yellow, one green
1 bottle small bottle of spicy bbq
5 tablespoons of louisianna hot sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinager
2cups of ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
onion buns



Take hamburger and rice crispies and mix together start adding wet ingredients, one at a time, first with one can of tomatoes, then one egg at a time, then add the peppers and the onions, make sure consistantsy is staying wet but not too wet, then add other can of tomatoes. then start pattying up the burgers, small loaf size, oval not round. Baste with sauce lightly. While grilling keep adding sauce. To form crust. Cook til semi firm burgers will be juicy. add with remaining sauce. serve on toasted grilled onion bun
