3.0 lbs Ground Beef
1 Cup of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Half Cup of Italian Bread Crumps
2 Envelopes Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix
2 Large Vidalia Onions
2 Table spoons of Olive Oil
1 Cup of Marinara Sauce
1 Cup of Sour Cream
1- 8oz. block of Kraft’s Philadelphia Cream Cheese
6 – Arnold Select Onion Sandwich Rolls


Combine Ground beef, Mozzarella cheese, Italian bread crumps, and Lipton onion soup mix in a large bowl. Divide the ground beef mixture into 6 patties. Set aside. Preheat grill to 425 degrees Farenheit. While the grill is getting hot prepare next ingredients. Slice the onions into thin slices and put in a covered bowl. Let the onions sit in the refrigerator until the burgers are done. Combine the sour cream and the cream cheese in a small bowl and refrigerate until burgers are done. Cook burgers on the grill to your desired doneness. Heat olive oil in frying pan, add the sliced onions and grill until carmelized. Put onions to the side. Toast the Arnold’s Buns on the still heated grill. Once the Buns are toasted put on individual plates, add the cooked burger, top the burger with the grilled onions, sour cream and cream cheese mixture, and marinara sauce.
