Melt In YOur Mouth Burger!

Pairs well with:

Pinot Noir

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.

4 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
2 tbls. ketchup
2 tbls. mustard
1 large jar or can of beef gravy

In large bowl combine ground beef with dry onion soup mix, ketchup, and mustard. Shape into 8-10 hamburger patties, depending on the size you prefer. Fry your hamburgers until done, but not dry. I used the George Foreman grill, for 6 mins., but they can also be fryed up in a pan. While preparing the hamburgers, put your large jar or can of beef gravy in the crock pot on low, and put burgers in gravy, carefully ladeling gravy over them. Let them simmer in there for at least 15 min. to 30 min. to absorb the flavor. These burgers can then be eaten on a fresh bun, and do not need any other condoments added to them! If a crock pot is not available, you can put this in a serving oven dish, and heat at 350* until hot.
