Ingredients

1 pound 75% ground beef, 4 ounces of merlot, 1 teaspoon of worcester sauce, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
1 tsp spicey brown mustard 2 dases of garlic powder, 4 dashes of onion powder.
Mix thouroughly and set in fridge for 1 hour.
shape into patties and grill.

Broil or grill to medium. add cheese to taste, i reccoment swiss and mushrooms, but you can play around to find your favorite
