¼ Tablespoon Black Pepper
1/2 Tablespoon ground Cumin
1 2.25 oz Cans of Green Chilies Chopped and drained of Juices
1/2 Tablespoon of Chile Powder

8 oz Cream Cheese
2 Cups Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
6 Kaiser Rolls

Preheat grill on high Combined beef, garlic salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and green chilies in a large bowl. Mix well. Make into 6 equal sized patties. Place on grill and cook for 5 minutes on the first side. While that is cooking slice tomato into 6 slices. Set aside. Combine cream cheese and Monterey jack in a bowl. Flip burgers to other side and cook for additional 5 minutes. Or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Just before the burgers are done place a slice of tomato on top of each burger then place a portion of the cheese mixture and allow to cook so the cheese melts. When finished place each burger on a Kaiser roll and enjoy.
