1 lb. Ground Sirloin
1 Tbsp. Sutter Home Cabernet Sauvignon
1/2 cup crushed Snyder’s Pretzels
1 Tbsp. Colavita Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 cup diced Vlasic Hot Pepper Rings
1/3 cup Miracle Whip
1/3 cup Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp. Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
6 slices Kraft Pepper Jack Cheese
6 Kaiser Rolls



In a large bowl, mix the ground sirloin, Sutter Home Cabernet Savignon, crushed Snyder’s Pretzels, Colvita Olive Oil, crushed red peppers, and diced Vlasic Hot Pepper Rings. Divide mixture into 6 patties brush with Colvita Olive Oil and place onto the grill until done. To create topping, in a smaller bowl, mix the Miracle Whip, Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, garlic powder, crushed red peppers, gound cumin, and ground black pepper. Brush Kaiser rolls with Colvita Olive Oil and place onto grill until lightly toasted. Remove burgers and rolls from the grill and add one slice of Kraft Pepper Jack cheese to each patty. Place large spoonful of topping onto each burger and enjoy!
