Miami Sunset burger with mango chutney

Ingredients

Mango Chutney
-2 cups of mango chopped
-1/2 cup of tomatoes, chopped
-1/2 medium, onion, finely chopped
-1/2 cup fresh red pepper, chopped
-2 large garlic cloves, minced
-1 tsp honey – Tablespoon fresh basil, finely chopped
-1 1/2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
-Pinch of salt
-1 large lemon
Patties
-1 1/2 Lb of ground chuck
-1/2 Lb ground sirloin
-4 Large garlic cloves – little chopper
-2 dry spanish sausages
-1 medium onion, little chopper
-1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
-1/4 cup sutter home merlot
-1 tablespoon spanish extra virgin olive oil -vesso
vegetable oil, for brushing the grill
– 6 potato rolls

 

Instructions

1) The charcoal grill should be at a medium hot fire and cover until ready to use. 2) First, Put both dry sausages thru a meat grinder, place in a bowl with the Merlot to marinade. 3)To make the patties, in a large bowl combine the ground chuck, sirloin sausage, onions, garlic, cilantro, salt, pepper and olive oil. Mix with a spoon. Divide into 6 equal parts that will fit the rolls. 4) To grill, brush the top of the grill with oil, place patties on the rack and cover the grill. In Approximatley 4 minutes turn the patties over, and cover the patties again. For approx 4 min. This should give you a medium burger. 5) To put it all together, place a patty on the bottom of the roll, add a generous amount of mango chutney, add the potato roll tops, and serve. ENJOY!
