michelle’s turkey cheezeburgers

4 pounds of all natural 99%fat free extra lean ground breast of turkey(shady brook is prefered).
1 large clove of elephant garlic chopped.
6 to 8 fresh sage leaves chopped finely.
8 to 10 fresh thyme or lemon thyme leaves finely chopped.
6 to 8 pieces of fresh tarragon leaves finely choped.
10 pieces of fresh rosemary finely chopped.
The juice of 1 and 1/2 fresh lemons.
3 to 4 tablespoons of gravy master seasoning and browning sauce.
4 dashes of Mrs. Dash all natural salt free original blend.
2 tablespoons of hungarian paprika(Szeged).
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil.
1 small red onion sliced thinly.
6 slices of american cheeze or gruyere.
1 jar of maille dijon originale mustard.
6 hamburger buns or english muffins.


fold the chopped garlic, tarragon, sage, thyme, rosemary, paprika, Mrs. Dash, Gravy Master and lemon juice into the 4 pounds of fresh ground breast of turkey. mix the ingredients well. Then, form the ground turkey mixture into 6 burgers. Heat the charcole grill or gas grill to hot. Brush both sides of burgers with extra virgin olive oil and place burgers on hot grill. Cook burgers on side 1for 7 minutes and then flip burgers. Cook on side 2 for 7 minutes or until desired doneness is achieved. Place 1 slice of cheeze on top of the burger 1 minute before the burger is done. Next, split the hamburger buns in half. Then, brown the top and bottom of each hamburger roll on the grill. Remove the buns and the burgers from the grill. Place the burgers and buns on a nice platter and begin to build the burger using the the bottom of the bun as the foundation for the burger to rest on. Then, add the thinly sliced red onion. Add a little of the dijon mustard to the top of the he bun and place the top on the burger.
