Mojo Burgers

Every pour of our Pinot Noir brings you a delicious blend of berry flavors and the romantic aroma of violet.


2 pounds ground beef
1/4 c Cuban oregano, chopped
1 tsp Mojo powder
1/4 c cilantro, chopped
zest of one lime
Manchego cheese, 6oz
2 vine ripe tomatoes, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
Arugula lettuce
6 hamburg buns



Combine the oregano, mojo, cilantro and lime zest with the ground beef. Form into 6 patties. Grill over high heat, searing each side for 2 minutes. Lower to medium heat. Top with slice of Manchego. Cook burgers for approximately 2 additional minutes. Remove burgers. Place on sliced bun and top with a tomato slice, avocado slice and arugula.
