2 TLBS extra virgin olive oil
1/2 stick salted butter (softened)

In a large bowl combine hamburger meat, chopped oniions, worcestershire sauce, cooking wine, ground mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and divide into six equal patties.
Slice tomatoes and sweet onions, lay in pan and coat with two TLBS of olive oil. Then set aside.
Sauce #1:
Mix with spoon in small bowl mayonnaise, hot sauce, ketchup, and sweet relish and set aside.
Sauce #2:
Mix with spoon in small bowl mustard and dill relish and set aside.
rinse lettuce leaves and pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
Butter buns and set aside.
Preheat gas grill on high heat five to ten minutes. (or until reaches 400 degrees F) Then turn down to medium heat and place tomatoes in grill pan on grill and grill for two to three minutes on each side. Lay onion slices on grill and grill for three to five minutes on each side. Remove tomatoes and onions to platter for later assembly. Cut each hot dog in half across the middle then take those halves and cut them into three slices lengthwise. You will have eighteen slices. Grill hotdogs three to four minutes on each side and set aside for assembly.
Add patties to grill and grill six to seven minutes on each side. Place buns buttered side down on grill and grill two to three minutes.
Put bottom buns on serving dish and spread one heaping TLBS of sauce #2 on bottom bun then one slice of cheese and one slice of lettuce. On top of that place the patty, three slices of hot dog, two slices of tomato, one slice of onion, one slice of cheese, and on top bun (buttered side) one heaping TLBS of sauce #1, then place bun on top of cheese.
