Mom’s Italian burgers

Ingredients

one and a half pounds ground sirloin
one tablespoon and one teaspoon powdered garlic bread seasoning
two tablespoons mayo
one tablespoon grey poupon
four shakes worcestershire sauce
8 pack of white buns
ketsup
mustard
3 american cheese slices

 

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a large mixing bowl add beef, seasonings, mayo, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Using fork mix together. Seperate mixture into three and shape into patties. Place patties in 13 X 9 pan and bake til brown only turning once. Place cheese slices on hot patties fresh out of the oven. Place burgers on toasted buns and serve with yellow mustard and ketsup.
