90 % lean fresh ground beef

4 large beer battered onion rings

1 fresh grilled onion bagel
1. Grill the seasoned ground beef patty and top with swiss cheese. 2. Fry the onion rings and set aside. 3. Grill the Canadian bacon. 4. Butter and grill (not toast) the onion bagel. 5. Assemble the burger (bottom to top): Spread a thin layer of the roasted garlic and crushed red pepper mayonaise on the bottom of the bagel; Canadian bacon, grilled burger patty topped with melted swiss cheese; onion rings; Canadian bacon; spread a little more mayo on top half of bagel and the burger is complete!
