MOSCO Burger
Ingredients
half Pork / half beef 1/8 and 1/8 of a pound,
small chopped onion,
some garlic to taste,
Worshestershire Sauce (1/2 teaspoon)
substitute salt (dash)
pepper (dash)
One egg and some breadcrumbs to bind
Instructions
mix all ingridients together in bowl, form ball and flatten to the size of a Hamburger – than fry or grill – make sure meat is well done. Serve with vegetables (or lettuce, tomatoes, pickles etc.)
