Mozzarella and basil turkey burger with sun dried tomato

Place your sun dried tomatoes in water and set aside. Heat grill to medium-high. In a bowl mix ground turkey with chopped basil and roasted red pepper. Form patties about 1 inches thick and 4-5 inches in diameter. Salt and pepper each burger and set aside. Drain your sun dried tomatoes. Chop and add to the to mayonnaise. Place burgers on hot grill cook until brown on each side and cook throughout. Cut ciabatta bread in half and grill on each side. Place burger on bread with mayonnaise mixture top0 with with thick slice of mozzarella and tomato and lettuce.
