garden burger grilled burger
6 thin slices green bell pepper.
1 tablespoon vegtable oil.
1 tomato slice.
1 slice low fat cheese.
1 soft tortilla.



Microwave burger for 45 seconds, then fry with the pepper and oil 2 minutes each side. Drain on paper napkin or plate. Put slice of cheese on the burger and back in the microwave for 20 seconds. Then put mustard,pepper and tomato in middle of bread. Put burger with melted cheese on top and fold the two sides and then the other two sides.
