Instructions

Preheat your grill to 500 degrees. Wash and dry your potates and slice them 3/4 of the way through in 1/4 inch slices. Lay on foil and brush butter on them getting into all the slits, then season with salt and pepper and wrap in foil. Place on top rack of grill for 1 hour. Turn them every 20 minutes to ensure even browning on skins and no scorching.

In a large bowl mix the beef, stuffing, dressing, dejon, eggs, parsley, pepper and salt. Incorporate well remember your hands are your best tool. Let stand for 20 minutes for the flavors to meld and bring the meat closer to room temperature. When time is up seperate into 6 portions and form patties with a slight well in the middle of each one. (These patties will be just over bun size but dont worry they will be perfect after cooking)

In a small bowl mix the cheese and milk til smooth and spreadable, set aside covered.

Once potatoes are done set aside to cool but dont unwrap until ready to build burger. Then adjust temp down on grill to 350 and lightly coat grill grates with oil or non-stick spray. Patties will cook 5 minutes each side only flip once and dont press them down.

When burgers have only a minute to go place buns on top rack to warm. Open foil on potatoes and finish the cuts to seperate the slices. Spread cheese mixure on top and bottom of buns add the lettuce to the bottom and then 2 slices of the baked potato, next place a patty and top that with the fried onions, place top bun and get ready to enjoy!
