1 1/2lb.ground chuck
1/4cup- worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp.-finely chopped garlic
2 tbsp.-finely chopped parsley
1 medium onion
2 medium tomato diced
1 tsp.salt
1/4 tsp.basil
1/2 8oz chedder chesse cubed
1/2 8oz mozzarella chesse cubed
4 strips of cooked bacon diced
16 slices of baby portabello mushrooms



1 Take the diced tomatos ,diced bacon,basil and a pinch of the salt mix together in a medium bowl.slice the onion and make rings. 2.Take the ground beef add the worcestershire sauce garlic,parsley,and salt. Make 4 round balls separeate the balls into halves,take one half flatten, place one onion ring in the middle of the patty then put 4 mushrooms inside then place 2 cubed chedder 2 cubed mozzarella,and then the tomato mixture. 3. Take the other half of the beef place on top pinch the egeds to seal together repeat until all 4 bugers are ready for the oven. place in a 350degree oven for 25min.or until done.
