Native Taco Burger

This rich red easily complements your homemade chicken dishes, red meats, game, and mildly seasoned pastas.

Ingredients

1lb of chuck hamburger meat
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg of tostadas
1 can of refried bean dip
1 pkg of shredded chedder cheese
1 pkg of shredded lettuce
1 can of tomatoes with chilies (drained)
2 avocados (sliced)
1 8oz sour cream
1 pkg of flat bread
Wax paper

 

Instructions

First mix ground chuck with taco seasoning and make into patties. Grill patties and when patties are almost done, grill flat bread. Place one piece of flat bread on wax paper. Layer hamburger pattie, tostada, refried beans, cheese, lettuce, sliced avocado, tbs of tomatoe/chillies and top with sour cream. Add top layer of flat bread and fold wax paper over to hold your native taco burger
