5 lbs ground beef (nothing lean)
1/2 lb ground pork (nothing lean)
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon ground blk pepper
1/4 cup diced sweet onion
1 cup Worcestorshire sauce
1 tablespoon hot sauce



Mix all in a large bowl and then portion into burger patties. Grill these babies over a real smoke fire, don’t use gas. Cook them well done to unlock the full range of flavors but don’t burn them.
