1# colorado or grass fed beef
1T worcestershire
1T fresh chili paste
2tsp onion powder
3T Sutter home chardonnay
2T colavita olive oil
guacamole as follow
1 med tomato small dice
1/2 sm/med red onion small dice
1 jalapeno minced
2 tsp of hot sauce
2 ripe avocados small diced
1/2c cilantro fine chopped
1/2 lime squeezed
salt T.T.

Instructions
start you charcoal grill and allow the temp to get hot (hand over grill about 4secs) in a large bowl add beef,Wor-shire, chili paste, onion powder. mix by hand very well for about 30 sec. add chardonnay mix by hand until it has been dispersed. add oil mix by hand. Form patties into your size season 2 pinches of salt and 1 pinch of black pepper, to both sides. dont be afraid to season.lightly brush oil on both sides let sit for about 10 min( plenty of time to have the grill heat up)time to make the topping guacamole ingredients as follow mix in bowl 1 med tomato small dice 1/2 sm/med red onion small dice 1 jalapeno minced 2 tsp of hot sauce avocados small diced 1/2c cilantro fine chopped 1/2 lime squeezed salt T.T. place all ingredients in a bowl, mix very well with spoon grill burger to temp add cheese lightly brush rolls with oil and toast lightly. setup= bun guac cheeseburger bun
