NY-Deli-Style Brisket Burger

1/2 small red cabbage
1/2 small green cabbage
1/2cup mayo
1 small red onoin
1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 &1/2 pounds ground brisket
1 garlic clove, mashed
1 teaspoon kosher salt
six teaspoons yellow mustard
12 thin sour pickle slices
6 Deli syle rolls.



Prepare medium hot fire in charcoal grill or pre-heat a gas grill to medium high. Shred both red and green cabbage finely slice red onion into thin slices combine cabbages and onion with 1/2 cup mayo 1 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper.Set aside Combine 1 and 1/2 pounds ground Brisket with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon ground pepper plus 1 clove mashed garlic. Divide into six equal size patties. sprinkle each pattie with a touch of kosher salt. Grill untill done to preference on hot grill. To assemble place 1 teaspoon yellow mustard on one side of deli style bun place 2 over-lapping pickle slices on each bun place pattie over pickles and cover pattie with coleslaw. cover with top slice of bun.
