This burger is fashioned after a fabulousGreek salad .
2 lbs.ground chuck
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons garlic salt
2 tablespoons Durkee grill creations citrus grill.
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese.
3 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 can beets
1 red onion sliced thin
6 medium pita’s halved horizontally
3/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 italian dressing
6 Quality hamburger buns that you split
Preheat gas grill or charcoal grill with cover on to medium heat.
Brush grill with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Combine ingredients for patties in a bowl, mix well and assemble patties. Gently press patties together, flatten middle slightly more then outer edges.
Place patties on the grill for 5 to 7 minutes each side for medium.
During the last few minutes place buns inside down on the grill.
Add burger to the bottom bun, top with the beets, red onion, lettuce and 1 tbsp. mixed dressing and enjoy.
