One day this summer we wanted a big juicy burger and I told my mom out of all the burgers Ive made in the past, Ive never grilled an Asian inspired burger. So from there I started making this flavorful creation and it came out great!

1pound Mild Italian Ground Sausage
5 ounce can sliced bamboo shoots
1/2 cup chopped green onions
8 basil leaves, chopped
1tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1teaspoon ground red pepper

1tablespoon red wine vinegar
1tablespoon soy sauce
6 Arnold Sandwich Thins
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons sweet & sour sauce
1 cup sliced mango

Instructions:

Preheat a propane grill to high

In a bowl combine beef, sausage, bamboo shoots, onions, basil, ginger, pepper, salt, vinegar, and soy sauce. Form Meat into 6 regular sized burgers.

Grill for 3-4 minutes per side for medium doneness. Remove burgers from heat.

Meanwhile combine the cream cheese and sweet and sour sauce in a bowl. Spread mixture on both sides of the sandwich thins. Slice a fresh mango.

Place burger down on top of one sandwich thin, top with 2 pieces of sliced mango and top with the other sandwich thin.
