2 Medium Tomatoes
2 Green Onions
1/2 small jalapeno
1# Ground sirloin
montery jack cheese
Small whole wheat bun
Finely chop tomatoes, onions,cilantro tops, toss.
Add juice from squeezed lemon & lime. Add salt & pepper to taste & green tabasco to taste.
Set aside (refrigerate with lid).
Slice thin slices of montrey jack cheese.
Form 2 small thin sirlion patties per burger. Place cheese slices between 2 sirlion patties-place the 2 patties together & seal edges with cheese inside.
Pan fry stuffed sirlion patties – placing lid over pan while cooking helps cook inside of burger.
Place on wheat bun, top with salsa mixture.
Garnish with blue chips.
