“Olive” dis Burga!

Bright and full-bodied, this Zinfandel wine is a curious contradiction in tastes.


1/2 lb Gr Sirloin
1/2 lb Gr Chuck
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Dash of Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Finely chopped Spanish Onion
4 tblsp Slightly Softened Cream Cheese
2 tblsp Chopped Green Olives
Splash of Olive Juice
Dash of Worchestershire Sauce



Mix meat with seasoning, onion, splash of olive juice and form into 4 patties. Blend chopped olives and cream cheese and spoon half of mixture on each of 2 patties, leaving the outside edge uncovered. Top each with remaining patties and blend edges together making 2 large burgers. Sprinkle each burger generously with Worchestershire Sauce before grilling.
