Orange Ginger Turkey Burger

1 ¼ lb Ground Turkey
1 Egg ¼ cup grated white onion
2 tbsp plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 cup bottled orange ginger sauce (in Asian food aisle)
1 cup shredded cabbage
½ cup bean sprouts
¼ cup shredded carrots
4 Poppy seed buns Or 4 Hawaiian egg buns



Pre-Heat grill to med-low. In medium bowl mix turkey, egg, onion, bread crumbs and sesame oil. Divide into 4 patties. Place on grill and cook 4 minutes each side or until internal temperature reads 180 degrees, brushing with ginger sauce while cooking. While meat is cooking, in a medium bowl mix cabbage, bean sprout, carrots, and orange sauce to taste. Toss to coat. Remove burgers from heat. Toast buns until warm. Place burgers on buns and top with cabbage mix.
